Hitzaren balioan sinesten duen bulegoa gara, eta horregatik sinesten dugu gizakiak elkarrizketaren bidez eraldatzeko duen gaitasunean. Ez dago elkarrizketaren eta negoziazioaren bidez konpondu ezin den gatazkarik. Akordioan sinesten dugu. Giza eskubideetan, askatasunetan eta berdintasunean ere sinesten dugu. Ikuspegi horretan oinarrituta, gure bezeroei irtenbiderik onenak eskaintzen saiatzen gara.

Who we are

We are a firm that believes in the value of the word and so, we believe in the capacity of human being to transform through dialogue. There is no conflict that can not be solved through dialogue and negotiation. We believe in compromise. We do believe also in human rights, liberties and equality. Based on this vision we try to offer best solutions to our clients.

Quienes somos

Somos una firma que cree en el valor de la palabra y por eso creemos en la capacidad del ser humano de transformarse a través del diálogo. No hay conflicto que no pueda resolverse a través del diálogo y la negociación. Creemos en el acuerdo. Creemos también en los derechos humanos, las libertades y la igualdad. Urko Aiartza Azurtza

Urko Aiartza Azurtza is a member of the Gipuzkoa Law Bar , and has represented many human rights’ groups and individuals in his role as a lawyer at national and international courts and institutions, including the ECHR and UN.   He is from the Basque Country where he was born and lives,  and previously served as a senator (2011-2015) in Madrid. He also served as Spokesperson in the Justice, Foreign Affairs, Iberoamerican and Standing Senate Committees.

Urko Aiartza Azurtza joined the European Institute of Peace (EIP) in 2017 as a Senior Advisor and has engaged in consultancy work on peace and mediation in various locations with a vareity of international organizations.

Urko Aiartza Azurtza Gipuzkoako Abokatuen Elkargoko kidea da, eta giza eskubideen aldeko hainbat talde eta norbanako ordezkatu ditu, abokatu gisa, estatuko eta nazioarteko auzitegi eta erakundeetan, Giza Eskubideen Europako Auzitegia eta Nazio Batuen Erakundea barne. Euskal Herrian jaio eta bizi da, eta lehenago (2011-2015) senatari izan zen Madrilen. Justizia, Kanpo Harreman, Iberoamerikar eta Senatuko Batzorde Iraunkorretan ere aritu zen, bokal gisa.

Urko Aiartza Azurtza Bakearen Europako Institutuan (EIP) sartu zen 2017an, Senior Advisor gisa, eta bakeari eta bitartekaritzari buruzko aholkularitza-lanak egin ditu hainbat lekutan nazioarteko hainbat erakunde publiko zein pribatukin. Armed Group Center-eko Fellow,  2023tik European Lawyers for Democracy and HHRR elkarteko Ko-Lehendakaria da.
